Tenant Find
Our tenant find service gives your time back. We find your next tenant by advertising your property, taking enquiries, conducting viewings, completing referencing, drawing up contracts and lodging deposits.
Full Management
We take care of all aspects of property and tenancy management, including arranging the inventory, checking in tenants, collecting rent, arranging safety certificates, carrying out inspections, answering tenant questions, organising maintenance and keeping records of all income and expenditure and checking out tenants.
Guaranteed Rent
We pay you a guaranteed rent every month for 3 to 5 years, even during void periods. We take care of and pay for much of the routine certificates, maintenance and decoration. This gives you greater certainty, knowing your property is cared for and giving you a predictable income.
